The business operates a highly-skilled service/calibration department with repair capabilities on many instruments down to component level. This helps ensure long-term value for customers and reduces cost of ownership. Our scope includes Electrical, Gas, Temperature, Torque, Pressure, Wind, Light, Sound, Solar Irradiance and much more. The service department is able to adapt to meet many customer requirements in terms of logistical solutions to reduce downtime, calibration data access on web/app-based services and agreed pricing structures with discounts for volume customers.
In addition, we also hold are large fleet of equipment for on-site production demonstrations and/or hire. We often visit customers on-site, demonstrate equipment and discuss calibration requirements.
