The FLIR Si2-PRO Industrial Acoustic Imaging Camera is a multi purpose tool, allowing for the detection of partial discharge, pressurised leaks and mechanical faults. Using the Si2-PRO, mechanical faults in bearings can be detected early preventing costly downtime. Users are able to easily quantify leak rates and the cost of industrial gas and compressed air leaks allowing for the prioritisation of repairs and calculate potential savings.

The Si2-PRO provides users with an on-camera and in-software severity assessment and will classify the type of partial discharge issues. The Si2-PRO includes a number of handy features such as automatic frequency tuning and a 12MP digital camera with 8 x zoom capabilities. A QR code reader helps to locate machinery on site ensuring the Si2-PRO is the ideal tool for using for routine inspections whilst also helping to prevent problems materialising in various industrial settings. Using the Si2-PRO allows users to adhere to safety standards by identifying potential hazards in bearings and gas systems.

Early leak detection and and analysis can helpmate manage and reduce operational costs of businesses and the mechanical fault mode function helps to detect faulty bearings allowing to help plan repairs and avoid potentially costly downtime of equipment. The Si2-PRO can detect a number of gases including compressed air, hydrogen, CO2, methane, natural gas, helium, argon and ammonia.

The 5 inch colour touch screen boasts a resolution of 1280 x 720 for both video and images with GPS, image tags and comments potentially added to images for further analysis to be conducted. Still images can be produced win both .nlz and .jpg format whilst videos can be formatted in .nlz. Data transfer can be conducted via Wi-Fi or USB with automatic over the air wireless updates ensure the camera is always up to date. Measurement data can be stored on the internal SD card up to 128GB with unlimited cloud storage available with FLIR Cloud.

Si2-Series Online Acoustic Viewe

The Flir Si2 series of cameras include the FLIR acoustic Viewer software allowing for the analysis and reporting of data with measurements and information transferred via Wi-Fi or USB. Using Acoustic Viewer, users are able edit and annotate images and a videos.

FLIR Thermal Studio

The Si2-PRO is compatible with the FLIR thermal studio, which enables the user to create professional reports and overlay acoustic and digital images. With the included Si-Series Plugin for FLIR Thermal Studio the user has support for automatic fault classification, severity indication and recommended action for utility inspections and as estimation of leak volume and cost savings for air leaks.

IP54 safety rated and complete with a neck strap and hard carry case, the Si2-PRO is protected both in the field and in transportation and storage. Complete with two Li-ion batteries provides users with a camera capable of performing for up to 5 hours.
