The FLIR Si2-LD Leak Detection Acoustic Imaging Camera helps to detect, locate and measure compressed air and gas leaks including bearing fault detection from up to 200m away thanks to the incorporated 124 ultra sensitive acoustic microphones and bandwidth of 2kHz to 130kHz. With in-built measurement and cost analysis for industrial gases, the Si2-LD is able to offer analysis for gases including ammonia, hydrogen, CO2 methane, Helium and argon. Faults can be detected including bearing fault detection from up to 200m away, thanks to the built in dual LED lamps work can be conducted even in challenging poorly lit environments.

The Si2-LD offers single handed operation with a number of useful features including automatic tuning, 8 x zoom and a 12MP digital camera which can all be clearly seen own the 1280 x 720 five inch colour LED screen. Using mechanical fault mode, users are able to automatically select and using the optimisation of filters which allows for the simplification of finding critical mechanical issues such as bearing faults. Operators are able to use fleet management to efficiently use tools and maintenance across large scale operations.

The Si2-LD provides users will the ability to detect and quantify leaks in manufacturing , production and assembly applications and all application using compressed air. Leak rate detection threshold can be detected at 0.0032 l/min from 2.5m and 0.0044 l/min.

The Si2-LD offers automatic over the air wireless updates or via USB ensuring the unit is always up to to date. Still images are available in both .nlz and .jpg format and videos in .nlz formatting up to 5 minutes in length. Image tags and comments can be added for further analysis. Data can be stored on the internal 128GB SD card or externally via the unlimited capacity cloud storage. IP54 rated and complete with a hard carry case, the Si2-LD is protected both in the field and in transportation. The unit is provided with two rechargeable batteries.

The Si2-LD is compatible with the FLIR thermal studio, which enables the user to create professional reports and overlay acoustic and digital images. With the included Si-Series Plugin for FLIR Thermal Studio the user has support for automatic fault classification, severity indication and recommended action for utility inspections and as estimation of leak volume and cost savings for air leaks.

Si2-Series Online Acoustic Viewer

The Flir Si2 series of cameras include the FLIR acoustic Viewer software allowing for the analysis and reporting of data with measurements and information transferred via Wi-Fi or USB. Using Acoustic Viewer, users are able edit and annotate images and a videos.

The Acoustic Viewer ensures equipmnent is fully utilised and maintained with data automatically shared amongst teams or management.
