The BAUR TRG10/6A HV Cable Identifier is an easy-to-operate, compact unit which allows for the identification of cables prior to maintenance taking place. The user will receive the WG6 Transmitter, which is supplied in a robust plastic carry case, as well as the TR10 Receiver. The signal that is emitted by the transmitter is the picked up by the coil, and amplified by the receiver. The receiver signal is monitored by an analogue meter, which has an audio sounder and can be backlit in dim conditions to increase visibility.

The TRG10/6 allows for professionals to accurately identify cables, and make decisions based on the data collated by the WG6 and the TR10. The TR10 Receiver has a switchable 50Hz filter to aid in the identification of the cable, and is also able to conserve battery life thanks to a large push button which energises the receiver and ensures that it cannot be accidentally left on after use.
