Chauvin Arnoux CA6422 Earth Tester

The Chauvin Arnoux CA6422 Earth Tester allows for intensive use in the field allowing technicians to test for 2P resistance measurements up to 50kΩ and 3P earth measurements up to 2kΩ Automatic stabilisation of the measurement whilst staying compliant to EC 61557-1 and IEC 61557-4 standards.

The CA 6422 is designed with all measurements and functions located on the front panel allowing for ease of use even if the operator is wearing gloves. The backlit LCD screen further enhances the user interface, allowing for measurement storage be easily read. If hazardous voltage is detected the Led will give visual indication to the operator, whilst the NOISE symbol will flash when noise voltage is detected.

The rugged CA6422 is compliant with EC 61557-1 and IEC 61557-4 standards and is 600V CAT IV safety rated. The tester is IP65 rated offering protection from dust and water spray from all directions. Battery powered by 6 x LR6 or AA batteries, the battery life of the CA6422 is up to 2,000 3P earth measurements at 100Ω
