Chauvin Arnoux PEL102 Power Energy Logger is designed to measure and record the consumption of single-phase, split-phase and three-phase electrical installations in order to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.

The slim, ergonomic design and magnetic panel on the rear allow the PEL102 energy logger to be quickly mounted to the desired cabinet and won’t provide any obstruction even when the cabinet door is closed.

Magnetised Voltage Probes(P01103058Z)  - Makes  voltage measurements easier and more practical where access to a conductor is limited. Often used RCDs or Circuit Breakers

For increased simplicity the instrument can be installed without users having to open the electrical network. Measurements are then performed using 3 additional current sensors and voltage inputs allowing the logger to record all electrical parameters including RMS frequency, voltage, current, power values and power factor. With this data the energy efficiency of your electrical distribution system can be continually monitored and optimised.

Correctly placing the Chauvin Arnoux PEL102 enables users to target areas where a distribution system isn’t performing efficiently so that the necessary modifications can be made. The PEL102 allows real-time consumption to be measured and compared against previous recordings, making it simple to see improvements that have been achieved after modifying the installation.

The PEL102 Power Energy Logger can also be installed in an electrical cabinet for extended periods to continuously monitor the active, apparent and reactive power values. It will instantly detect whenever the subscribed power threshold is exceeded, alerting users to overconsumption and an increase in energy bills.

The Chauvin Arnoux PEL102 is ideal for monitoring energy consumption within the industrial and building sectors. In addition, it can be set up on a general distribution board so that local authorities can better manage their electrical consumption by controlling the allocation to different processes such as street lighting, common service, single-phase and three-phase networks.

Included with the PEL102 is PEL Transfer software that enables results transfer from the power energy logger to a PC. Once transferred, readings can be displayed in both tables and graphs for further analysis. The PEL software can also acquire real-time recordings from the logger, configure the unit and verify connections before you take measurements.

The Chauvin Arnoux PEL range can be purcased with a set of 3 x MA193 flexible clamps rated up to 10,000A AC. This set can be added when purchasing. Other optional clamps are also avaiable.
