Clare EN 50191 Safety Kit

The Clare EN 50191 Safety Kit provides the safe operation of electrical test equipment in the workplace that meet EN 50191 compliance allowing for essential protective measures in most electrical testing environments and particularly in hazardous situations in voltage testing.

The fault simulators allow for comprehensive simulation of fail conditions to quickly verify that test equipment is functioning correctly and safely.

Recommended by the BS EN 50191 the safety beacon of the safety kit provides simple and effective way to alert the user during testing. Then "Plug and Play" safety beacons are controlled by the test equipment by utilising green and red signals that indicate a potential hazardous working environment.

The safety kit includes fixed warning signs that highlight potential risks and that can be clearly used to highlight any potential areas that are off limits to untrained or unauthorised persons. The fixed warning signs provide the information permanently alerting staff top testing areas that could be present a risk to their health and safety.

The Clare EN 50191 Safety kit also includes a rubber matting cover that is rated to withstand voltages higher that the capability of the Clare test equipment, creating a safety barrier between the ground and the operator.
