ETI ChefAlarm® Thermometer/Timer

The ETI ChefAlarm® Thermometer/Timer is a commercial thermometer and timer that can be used in kitchens to monitor food during cooking. It works with interchangeable thermistor probes for a variety of applications including penetrating into food and measuring oven temperature. The temperature measurement range goes from -50˚C to 300˚C with resolution of 0.1˚C and an accuracy of ±1˚C.

The timer function of the ETI ChefAlarm is fully programmable and can be used to count up to or down from 100 hours. The large LCD screen has multiple sections including current temperature, min/max temperature, low alarm temperature, high alarm temperature and countdown timers. There is also a calibration function that helps fine tune the thermometer’s accuracy.

The loud (92dB) audible alarm is designed to be used in noisy commercial kitchens and it is possible to set customised low and high temperature alarms as well as a timer alarm. The backlighting function on the screen is also useful as it is clearly legible in different lighting conditions.

The ETI ChefAlarm has water resistant casing that is equally at home sitting on a worktop or attached to an appliance using the magnets in the casing. It comes supplied with a zip wallet, a penetration probe and probe holder clip. It is available in a range of colours which can be selected using the drop-down menu above.
