ETI Food Check Penetration Thermometer

The ETI Food Check Penetration Thermometer provides food and catering professionals with comprehensive temperature measurement capabilities at a reasonable price. It can measure the core temperature of food from -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with accuracy of ±0.4˚C/1˚C and a resolution of 0.1˚C thanks to its 130m stainless steel probe which is attached to the thermometer via a 500mm PVC lead.

The ETI Food Check allows the user to meet HACCP and health and safety procedures concerning cooked food and the cold chain. Temperature readings are shown on the large LCD screen and operation is as simple as pressing the on/off button. It has a 10,000-hour battery life and there is also an auto power-off function.

The strong ABS casing features an antibacterial Biomaster additive that helps fight bacterial growth. The thermometer is supplied with a calibration certificate and a two-year guarantee.
