ETI Reference Thermometer

The ETI Reference Thermometer is designed for high-accuracy applications, in particular checking the performance of other thermometers. It is supplied with a five-point (-18˚C, 0˚C, 40˚C, 70˚C, 100˚C) UKAS Certificate of Calibration and has a permanently attached Pt100 1/10th DIN probe with a ø3.3mm x 130mm measuring tip. It is accurate to ±0.05˚C (-50˚C to 150˚C) or ±0.1˚C (-150˚C to 200˚C) and gives readings with a precision of 0.01˚C. The overall range is -199.99˚C to 199.99˚C.

In order to check the performance of another thermometer, the user simply needs a stable heat source such as a dry well or bath. IR thermometers can be checked with the use of an ETI Comparator. Readings are shown on the ETI Reference Thermometer’s clear digital screen which boasts a useful display hold function and it is operated using just two buttons. The thermometer is Made in Britain and is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty.
