ETI Sous Vide Thermapen® 3 Penetration Thermometer

The ETI Sous Vide Thermapen® 3 Penetration Thermometer has a specialised 60mm needle probe with a ø1.1mm diameter tip that is ideal for delicate food, where precise measurements are required. It can produce a reading in just three seconds and the probe can fold 180˚ back into the thermometer’s body. It has a temperature measurement range of -49.9˚C to 299.9˚C with 0.1˚C/1˚C resolution and accuracy of ±0.4˚C/±1˚C.

The ETI Sous Vide Thermapen 3 has a 14.5mm LCD screen which shows readings on Celsius and Fahrenheit. The 1500-hour battery life is very practical and the thermometer has an ABS plastic casing with antibacterial ‘Biomaster’ additive. It is supplied with a fully traceable calibration certificate and is covered by a two-year warranty.
