ETI Type K Fast Response Meat Probe

The ETI Type K Fast Response Meat Probe can measure temperature in meat from -75˚C to 250˚C. It is mainly intended for measuring the temperature of meats during cooking, for example a burger patty on a barbecue. It has a 90mm measuring tip with a diameter of ø1mm which leaves a minimal impression on the meat in question and it is attached to the thermometer via a type K thermocouple connection and a one metre coiled lead. Readings are given in less than a second.
