Extech 407119 Heavy Duty Hot Wire CMM Thermo-Anemometer

The Extech 407119 Heavy Duty Hot Wire CMM Thermo-Anemometer is capable of measuring air flow velocity (0.2m/s to 17m/s) and air temperature (0˚C to 50˚C) as well as calculating volume flow from 0 to 36,000 cubic metres per minute. It is capable of performing all three measurements simultaneously.

Readings are shown on the Extech 407119’s 1.4” digital screen and the anemometer is capable of showing air flow readings as a 20-point average or real time value. It can record min/max readings whilst a data hold function freezes a reading on screen.

One of the standout features of the Extech 407119 is the 3ft telescopic probe that can reach into ducts and other ventilation systems. This is itself attached the main anemometer body by a 5.5ft cable.
