Extech EX623A AC/DC Clamp Meter with IR and Dual Type K

The Extech EX623A AC/DC Clamp Meter is a True RMS clamp meter designed for electrical testing and troubleshooting in maintenance and HVAC applications. It measures up to 600A AC/DC with a 32mm jaw opening and includes a built-in non-contact infrared thermometer with laser pointer for locating hot spots.

Dual Type K temperature inputs support T1, T2, and T1-T2 differential temperature measurement, alongside multimeter functions for AC/DC voltage, resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle, diode test, and continuity. A DC micro-amp function supports flame rod measurements in HVAC systems.

For safer and more reliable readings on site, the EX623A includes Non-Contact Voltage detection, LoZ mode to reduce ghost voltages, a Low Pass Filter for noisy electrical environments, and an inrush current feature to capture start-up current. The backlit 6000-count display, data hold, and auto power off functions support everyday use.
