The Extech HT200 Heat Stress WBGT (Wet Bulb Globe Temperature) Meter allows the user to accurately measure air temperature from 0 to 50˚C and humidity from 1 to 99% RH. This enables calculation of a range of other factors including heat stress i.e. how hot it ‘feels’; wet bulb globe temperature with or without sunlight, black globe temperature, dew point, and wet bulb temperature.

Heat stress index is available on the Extech HT200 as a combination of humidity, temperature, air movement and radiant heat. This makes it ideal for checking conditions on hot days where heat stroke may pose a threat to those involved in construction, outdoor activities, and sporting activities.

Readings from the Extech HT200 are displayed on a backlit LCD screen and there is even a high/low alarm for wet bulb globe temperature. It can be operated using the simple push buttons and it has internal memory for up to 50 readings. There is a min/max recording feature and data hold for freezing readings on screen.

The Extech HT200 comes supplied with a 9V battery and a hardy carry case. It is covered by a one-year warranty.
