With an integrated visual camera, and ONVIF S compatibility, the A50 provides seamless integration into existing systems. The user can quickly access detailed thermal characteristics using the wide-area, non-contact temperature sensor, offering up to 464 x 348 (161,472 pixels) resolution and a ±2°C accuracy. The FLIR A50 Smart Camera integrates seamlessly with standard industrial protocols and video management systems, including HMI and SCADA, simplifying setup and communication. Its lightweight, IP66-rated design with M8/12 connectors and multiple mounting options ensures quick, flexible installation in virtually any environment.

The FLIR A50 Advanced Smart Sensor builds on the standard A50 by offering detailed, low-noise thermal imaging at a resolution of 464 x 348 pixels, with temperature measurement capability from -20°C up to 1000°C and accuracy of ±2°C. It includes digital I/O features such as two opto-isolated digital outputs (one dedicated as a fault output), supporting external alarms or integration with industrial systems.

The A50 Advanced supports a broad set of communication protocols and alarm-triggering options. These include EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, MQTT, and REST API for data exchange, and alarm output through digital I/O, email (SMTP), FTP transfers, and ONVIF S events in certain configurations. The unit also offers heavy-duty connectors (M8/M12) and is rated to IP66, making it suitable for industrial environments.
