Thermal Imaging & Data streaming

The A615 features a highly sensitive 640 × 480 pixel uncooled (VoX) microbolometer detector that captures detailed thermal images. This allows users to identify even the smallest temperature variations across a surface, resulting in early detection of faults, inconsistencies, or hotspots. The camera also boasts a thermal sensitivity of <50 mK and can detect temperature differences as small as 0.05°C.

The A615 streams full-frame 16-bit temperature linear images at 50 Hz, with a windowed mode reaching 200 Hz. This makes it ideal to use across a wide range of industries, and with its 16-bit linear output, users can measure and record precise temperature data without direct contact, using third-party analysis software to improve process efficiency and product reliability.

Seamless System Integration

A key strength of the A615 is that it is in full compliance with GigE Vision and GenICam standards, which allows users to connect and control it over a standard Ethernet interface, thus simplifying installation and data transmission.
