FLIR EV-KIT-2 EV Charge Point Test Kit

The FLIR EV-KIT-2 EV Charge Point Test Kit includes a charger tester adaptor, which is equipped with a built-in IEC 62196-2 Type 2 plug, making it ideal for Type 2 charging stations or AC wall connectors. It has been expertly designed for both level 1 and level 2 electric vehicle AC charging stations (EVSEs), and is perfectly suited for both residential and commercial use. Residual Current Device (RCD) can be tested, and the user is also able to verify the EV charger’s maximum current output, and measure charging voltage and frequency to ensure performance and safety.

The FLIR DM286 IGM multimeter allows for the user to complete their diagnostic workflow, through troubleshooting and the diagnosing of electrical issues. The Bluetooth-capable DM286 also uses FLIR METERLiNK technology on mobile devices, which enables instantaneous documentation, reporting, and sharing of results. The kit is designed for Type 2, but is compatible with Type 1, and includes a compact Type 1 to Type 2 converter. It provides a comprehensive Ev charger status indication with colour LCD display.
