FLIR EV45-T2 EV Charge Point Tester

The FLIR EV45-T2 EV Charge Point Tester is equipped with a built-in IEC 62196-2 Type 2 plug, making it the ideal solution for use on Type 2 charging station or AC wall connectors. The EV45-T2 has been engineered specifically for Level 1 and Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), enabling safe and efficient AC charging for a wide range of electric vehicles in residential, commercial, and public applications. The safety of EV charging stations can be maintained, with the tester allowing for the checking of Protective Earth (PE) and electrical wiring.

The FLIR EV45-T2 is also able to ensure electrical safety through the testing of charge current interrupt device (CCID). EV charger maximum current output can also be determined. Thanks to the supplied Type 1 Adaptor, the EV45-T2 is compatible with both Type 2 and Type 2 connectors, with the tester able to show residual current device (RCD). It is also able to measure both charging voltage and frequency, when used in conjunction with a compatible FLIR digital multimeter. The EV45-T2 allows the user to maintain a safe and reliable EV charging station, and also helps for the installation and maintenance of public and private EV chargers.
