FLIR IM75-2 Insulation Tester and Digital Multimeter with METERLiNK®

The FLIR IM75-2 Insulation Tester and Digital Multimeter with METERLiNK® includes a number of tests that allow for professional installation, troubleshooting and maintenance whilst ensuring safety standards in offering protection from potentially hazardous environments. With the IM75-2, users are able to perform a number of tests including insulation voltage testing unto 1kV , insulation resistance from 4MΩ to 20 GΩ, advanced variable frequency drive (VFD) filtering and dual display shows voltage and frequency at the same time, True RMS DMM voltage measurements and a low impedance (LoZ) mode.

The FLIR IM75-2 is constructed to make electrical problems easier to solved the LED work lights allow for use even in difficult lighting conditions. The large back lit display provides a 4000 count with bar graph display with a multi colour LED indicator with compare mode that makes pass/fail decisions visible and easy to make. The internal memory provides storage for 99 location and a measurement rate of 2 samples per second and a display rate of 2 times per second.

FLIR METERLiNK® App

The FLIR IM75-2 is compatible with the FLIR METERLiNK® App which allows the user to monitor a number of environmental and electrical conditions simultaneously. Connect up to seven compatible devices at once. METERLiNK®, allows users to capture images safely and monitor hazardous areas remotely and in real time. Users can capture readings, create reports that can be easily shared. Measurement comparisons can be performed over time with custom alarm thresholds to provide additional assurance of operating ranges while performing testing procedures. Bluetooth capability allows for measurements to be collected from up to 10m away.

The FLIR IM75-2 is battery powered by 6 x AAA batteries and can provide power for up to 2600 earth resistance tests or 1100 insulation resistance tests. Auto power off in user defined programmable range further enhances the battery life. The meter is IP54 rated offering protection from dust and water and has been drop tested up to 3m. User safety is ensured thanks to the CAT IV 600V and CAT III 1000V safety rating, with over-current protection (fuse) 440mA/1000V, ceramic fast blow fuse with a minimum interrupt rating of 10kA.
