The FLIR MR277 Building Inspection System is a highly accurate and extremely easy to use all-in-one instrument for swiftly locating moisture and building envelope issues. The first FLIR system to combine all the advantages of Infrared Guided Measurement (IGM) with advanced environmental sensors and Multi-Spectral Dynamic Imaging (MSX) in order to track, identify and document problems. Using the high performance 160 x 120 thermal imaging sensor, discover the areas of concern before targeting the exact source in need of remediation with the integrated laser pointer. Find moisture, insulation voids, air leaks and more with a thermal imaging resolution 4x superior than that of earlier IGM moisture meters.

Diagnose Efficiently & Accurately

The built-in thermal imaging (IGM) of the MR277 makes inspection tasks considerably easier, specifically saving time by guiding the user to the precise spot causing the issue. Utilising the IGM to isolate a questionable area, problems can be identified quickly and before they become larger concerns. An incorporated pinless moisture sensor offers speedy, non-invasive readings which can then be confirmed with the included external pin probe and a wide range of optional moisture probes. Once a problem area has been located, identify the context and issue with the MSX feature, embossing visual details on the full thermal image.

With the FLIR MR277 Inspection System, one tool helps you get the job done and greatly reduces unnecessary downtime. Expedite troubleshooting with a field-replaceable temperature/humidity sensor, integrated hygrometer and automatically calculated environmental readings. Parameter calculations are based on multi-sensor inputs such as; grams per kilogram, grains per round, dew point and vapour pressure.

Compatible with METERLiNK & FLIR Tools App

Connect the MR277 to a PC using the included USB cable or connect wirelessly to METERLiNK via the internal Bluetooth function. METERLiNK provides a connection to mobile devices and the ability to upload data and images to the free FLIR Tools App for further analysis and generating reports. Store up to 15,000 radiometric JPEG images and create single files documenting comprehensive thermal and visual imagery including hygrometer readings and laser location. With an intuitive interface, analysing building inspection problems with comprehensive thermal imagery alongside informative notes is done quickly and efficiently.
