FLIR MR59 Ball Probe Moisture Meter with Bluetooth

The FLIR MR59 Ball Probe Moisture Meter is a pinless meter with wireless connectivity, which allows the user to view live readings on their mobile when used in conjunction with the FLIR METERLiNK App. The ball-shaped sensor allows for large areas to be covered in a small period of time, without the risk of damage. Corners and hard-to-reach areas can be easily navigated, and problems can be detected below the service. Thanks to being two meter drop-tested, the MR59 can be taken to any job site with confidence, with a backlit display and a bright worklight for use in dimly-lit conditions.

The MR59's Bluetooth capabilities can be used in conjunction with the METERLiNK App, which allows the user to view results and data in real time. Hidden sources and migration paths of moisture can be seen through the creation of heat maps, which can then be shared across a team for analysis and reporting. Depending on the material under test, the MR59 can measure up to a depth of 100mm (4in), with a pinless moisture range of 0 to 100% relative. Moisture can be detected in a wide range of common building materials, with stable readings provided with pinpoint accuracy.

The FLIR METERLiNK App

With the FLIR METERLiNK Bluetooth app, the user can monitor a variety of electrical and environmental conditions simultaneously. Up to seven compatible meters can be connected to the app at one time, allowing for key readings to be stored and moved across teams and networks. The app's dashboard is configured for easy condition monitoring, with both graphical and numerical data able to be viewed in real time. That app also displays min, max, and average reading displays.
