The FLIR T912380 Air Knife is a window protection system designed for use with the FLIR Axx IP67 Housing with Thermal & Visual windows (T912493). It helps keep the housing windows clear in dusty and debris-heavy environments, supporting reliable thermal and visual monitoring without the need for frequent manual cleaning.

Using the Coanda effect, the T912380 produces a high-velocity stream of air close to the front surface of the housing. This airflow helps prevent dust and other contaminants from settling on the thermal and visual windows, making it particularly suitable for applications including wood processing, heavy manufacturing and mining.

The air knife can be fitted to either existing or newly purchased compatible housings and features a durable 6000-series aluminium construction with a black anodised finish. It supports a maximum air pressure of 8 bar and is designed for use with appropriately filtered and dried compressed air to minimise the risk of contamination reaching the housing windows.
