Fluke 1555 FC 10kV Insulation Tester

The Fluke 1555C performs digital insulation testing up to 10kV and is designed to improve user safety and save time whilst installing high voltage equipment such as switchgear, motors, generators and cables. The Fluke 1555C is able to perform test voltage testing at selectable 50V steps from 250V to 1000V and 100V steps above 1000V. With wireless start/stop capability the user is able to work remotely ensure their safety at all times.

The Fluke 1555C allows users to measure a wide range of parameters such as capacitance from from 0.01μF to 15μF, leakage current from 1nA to 2mA and resistance measurements up to 1TΩ/2TΩ. The included guard systems allows for the filtering out of surface leakage current on high resistance measurements. Automatic calculation of Electric Absorption (DAR) and Polarisation Index (PI) can be automatically accessed without the need for additional setup

Fluke Connect® App

Through the Fluke Connect® App the 1555C is capable of storing, sharing and analysing data, allowing users to prevent and predict issues in maintenance programs to help identify potential equipment failures before they occur. Remote operation allows for testing in hazardous environments to be conducted safely. Reports can be generated with company logos using pre-designed templates.

The Fluke 1555C has a long battery life that allows for up to 750 tests to be completed between charges and an internal memory of 99 memory locations allows users to store recordings with user defined labels, allowing easy recall once testing has been completed. Comprehensive results analysis is capable through the Fluke 1555C's large LCD screen with both digital and analogue displays.

The Fluke 1555C has a safety rating of CAT III 1000V and CAT IV 600V and is capable of conducting the entire range of test voltage specified in IEEE 43-2000. A warning function alerts users whether line voltage is present and gives the voltage reading up to 600V AC or DC for increased user safety.
