Fluke 1625-2 GEO Earth Resistance Tester

The Fluke 1625-2 GEO Earth Resistance Tester offers an impressive range of testing functionalities in addition to a useful array of advance functionalities which make it a unique and capable product.

Chief amongst the unique aspects of this product is the stakeless testing functionality. Using only clamps attached to an earth ground rod, the 1625-2 is able to test earth ground loop resistance, without use of an earth ground stake. This offers a considerable time saving, removing the need to place and connect stakes for each rod within your system. The 1625 also offers more common testing functionalities such as 3 & 4 pole fall of potential testing, 4 pole soil resistivity testing and selective earth ground rod testing.

In addition to the range of tests this instrument can perform, it also possesses a number of useful advanced features. Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) allows the device to identify interferences and automatically choose a measurement frequency to minimise interference impact and improve accuracy. The R* measurement functionality calculates earth ground impedance at 55Hz to provide a more accurate reflection of earth ground resistance.
