Fluke 1736 Three-Phase Power Quality Logger - GOLD Kit

Fluke 1736 Three-Phase Power Quality Logger - GOLD Kit provides users with the perfect test instrument to conduct load studies and energy assessments, to help identify any power quality issues before they cause problems. The Gold kit includes the Fluke 1736 Three-Phase Power Quality Logger alongside four free Fluke 173X-flex 1500 iFlexi 1500A 12 inch probes and a Fluke MP-1 Magnetic Probe Set. The Fluke 1736 has the ability to capture and log up to 500 power quality parameters providing key measurements for decision making on power consumption and system reliability.

Fluke 1736 Three-Phase Power Quality Logger

The Fluke 1736 can capture and log over 500 power quality parameters, providing technicians with key data points in order to make informed decisions on power consumption and system reliability. Data collated can be stored in 20 or more separate logging sessions locally, with all measured values automatically stored, ensuring no trend data is ever lost. Flukes ”in-the-field” setup, no need to visit workshop or PC terminal

The 1736 power logger will track dips, swells and inrush currents on the measured circuit, taking regular waveform snapshots with date, timestamp and the severity of the issue. With this data captured, the operator is able to minimise false resets and the circuit breaker tripping to help improve efficiency and reduce down time. Voltage and current distortion issues can be discovered thanks to the integrated harmonics measurement functionality, to help reduce issues such as conductor overheating or torque pulsations in motors and generators.

The Fluke 1736 is able to record a number of parameters simultaneously, these include:

  • RMS Voltage
  • RMS Current
  • Voltage and Current Events
  • Voltage and Current THD
  • Voltage and Current harmonics top tom the 50th harmonic
  • Active Power
  • Reactive Power
  • Power factor
  • Active energy
  • Reactive energy

Fluke 1736 Applications

  • Load studies: Verify electrical system capacity before adding loads
  • Energy assessments: Quantify energy consumption before and after improvements have been completed, helping to justify energy saving devices
  • Harmonic measurements: The Fluke 1736 allows for harmonic issues to be discovered that can damage critical equipment
  • Voltage and current event capture: monitor dies, swells and inrush current that can cause false resets or nuisance circuit breaker tripping

The Fluke 1736 user interface provides a simple and intuitive set up with a full colour menu driven display that is fully touch sensitive 4.3-inch screen with active matrix TFT and 480 pixels x 272 pixels, . With an intelligent measurement verification that ensures that common connection errors are avoided and digitally.

The Fluke 1736 is IP50 rated protecting the unit from dust ingress and is Safety rating- 600V Cat IV/1000V Cat III. The Gold kit includes a hard transport case to offer further protection in transportation and storage.

Fluke 173X-Flex 1500 iFlexi 1500A probes

The Fluke 173X-Flex 1500 iFlexi 1500A probes including in the Fluke 1736 GOLD Kit can be used to measure all three power phases and neutral. The Fluke 1736 is capable of identifying and scale each probe. Each of the four probes are separately connected and can be set to either 150A or 1500A to allow for the most accurate testing every time.

Fluke Energy Analyse Plus Software

The Fluke 1736 Power Logger is compatible with the Fluke Energy Analyse Plus Software which allows the the user to create reports that can be easily shared and understood by both customers and colleagues. The software allows for customisable reports to be created quickly providing solutions to problems to help improve reliability and save money

Fluke Connect®

The Fluke 1736 Power Quality Logger is compatible with Fluke Connect® providing assess and data sharing remotely with work colleagues or customers. Using Fluke Connect® allows for safer working distances to be maintained with decision making in real time without the need to be on site.
