Fluke 424D Laser Distance Meter

The Fluke 424D Laser Distance Meter is capable of measuring up to a distance of 100m with an accuracy of 1mm (0.l04inches). With its four line backlit display the Fluke 424D and extra bright laser, the unit is suitable for measuring longer distances and is able to be used both indoors and outside.

The Fluke 424D features a 180º inclination sensor for levelling and height tracking, corner angle and a built in compass, making hard to reach locations accessible whilst maintaining accurate measurement recording. Area and volume calculations can be conducted quickly. Enhanced Pythagoras calculations can be conducted to determine the distance indirectly from three other measurements.

The Fluke 424D has a built in sensor, when users are measuring from an edge or corner which detects the position of the bracket and automatically changes the reference point. Other features include addition and subtraction function and minimum/maximum tracking to measure a rooms diagonal and horizontal distances from a stable measurement point.

The Fluke 424D has a battery life of up to 5,000 measurements with the 20 most recent recordings being stored internally for a quick recall. The laser meter is protected from water spray and dust thanks to its IP54 rating. Further protection is offered by the included carry pouch and three year warranty.
