Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator & DPC/TRACK2 Software

The Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator & DPC/TRACK2 Software is designed to make pressure calibration a simple task, without sacrificing accuracy and quality. The bundle consists of the Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator, which has 300psi/20 bar (FLK-729 300G FC), standard Fluke accessories, and Fluke DPC/TRACK2 Software.

Fluke 729FC Automatic Pressure Calibrator

The 729FC allows for the user to manually input a target pressure up to 300psi, which will then be automatically reached and stabalised at the requsted value. This eliminates the need for manual pumping, and allows for the fine adjustment of test pressures. The pressure calibrator is easily-transported, and can even compensate for minor leaks in hoses and test setups. This eliminates the need to manually eliminate leaks, making the job much easier.

The 729FC can also test multiple pressure points, and documents them automatically, meaning that the user is left with the simple set-up task of inputting the start and end pressure, the number of test points, and the test tolerance. Once the test has been finished, the 729 will show:

  • Applied pressure
  • Measured mA, mV, or digital PV
  • % error for each test point

The user will then be able to access these results on any Fluke Connect compatible device, where they can share their findings across a team with ease. DPCTrack2 Calibration Management Software also allows the user to store and manage their results, enabling them to schedule tests and reports aswell as manage their calibration data.

HART communication also allows for mA adjustments, HART configuration, and allows the ability to adjust 0% to 100% values. This allows the user to perform several configuration tasks, such as changing transmitter tags, measurement units, and variables. The 729FC is built to withstand a 1-meter drop test, making it a safe choice for most job environments.

Fluke DPCTrack2

Fluke DPCTrack2 can be directly connected to your Fluke 744, 753, 754, or 729 calibrator to download test procedures and upload test results. Simply create a configuration for the instrument to be calibrated, which includes test tolerances and types of tests to perform. The data is then stored in a database on a Windows computer, and once the calibrator is connected to the computer, it will download the task of performing a calibration. Then, simply connect the instrument you wish to calibrate to the calibrator itself, and DPCTrack2 will then run an automatic calibration and collect the results for the database.

The software can perform pass/fail calculations, and also allows for multiple calibration records to be opened simultaneously. The software also features the following features:

  • Reverse traceability for tracking affected instruments
  • Can link master records to standard operating procedures and other documents
  • Can automatically send the user reminders, alerts, and warnings
  • Can auto-recalculate high/low tolerances during calibrations

Fluke DPCTrack2 helps limit human errors, and saves time in the calibration process.
