The Fluke Compact PTi120 Pocket Thermal Camera, designed for industrial inspections, is a rugged & portable instrument ideal for first line troubleshooting. A professional imager small enough to fit inside an engineers pocket, the fully radiometric PTi120 boasts a temperature range of -20 °C to 150 °C and an infrared resolution of 120 x 90 (10,800 pixels). Where hot and cold spots can indicate early signs of trouble, this thermal camera can quickly scan for these temperature anomalies in electrical equipment, pumps, motors, building systems, HVAC and process control equipment in order to keep operators forewarned of any potential issues.

Hosting a suite of advanced features to aid on-site analysis, despite it's small size the Fluke PTi120 is a powerful troubleshooting tool. Built-in IR-Fusion technology adds context to any captured thermal image, blending it with an overlay of visible details to more easily locate the problem. Hot and cold spot markers are supported by centre-point temperature, on-screen emissivity correction and on-screen reflected background temperature compensation. This compact pocket thermal camera also includes a field of view of 50° H x 38° V, thermal sensitivity of 60 mK, frame rate of 9 Hz and IFOV of 7.6 mRad. Supporting 18 languages, the focus of the PTi120 is fixed with a minimum focus distance of 22.8 cm.

With 6 standard colour palettes to choose from including High Contrast, Hot Metal and Grayscale, the Fluke Compact PTi120 Camera captures impressive imagery which can then be transferred to a PC via Wi-Fi or USB connection. The 2GB internal flash memory stores and exports non-radiometric (JPG) or fully radiometric (IS2) files, with Fluke Connect Asset Tagging automatically organising all date and time stamped images into predefined folders by scanning item QR codes or barcodes. Fluke Connect software is then utilised for managing and analysing your collected thermal images once they have been uploaded to a PC, creating high-quality reports.

The hard-wearing, ergonomic casing of the Fluke Compact PTi120 Pocket Thermal Camera is rated IP54, protecting against dirt & water ingress and capable of withstanding a drop of up to 1 meter. Powered via a mini USB cord, the internal rechargeable battery includes an automatic shutdown which can be set for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes or never. The 3.5" landscape LCD touchscreen features 320 x 240 pixels, brightly displaying high-resolution, easy-to-understand thermal imagery.
