Franklin Electric CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital Battery Tester (choice of kit)

The Franklin Electric CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital Battery Tester is a fast and user friendly handheld tester, used to measure battery conductance, temperature, voltage, and strap resistance. It has been expertly designed for use in high-noise environments, and offers a complete battery state-of-health analysis. With the in-built capability to test Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA), Vented Lead Acid (VLA), and Nickel Cadmium (NiCad) batteries, the CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital is able to measure battery voltage down to 1 volt, as well as measure intercell and terminal connection resistance. Formerly Midtronics, Franklin Electric have expertly crafted the CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital, which also utilises conductance-based diagnostics to provide a highly accurate and reliable prediction of a battery's end-of-life. Built-in Wi-Fi allows for tester data to be quickly and wirelessly transmitted to and from the tester, with no additional accessories required.

Formerly Midtronics, Franklin Electrics CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital has a fast-acting protection relay which is able to respond in milliseconds to a signal input in excess of 23.3 volts that has been introduced through testing probes. This offers instant protection to the user, as well as the device. New 'Edge Rejection' technology is able to filter out anomalies which would otherwise corrupt battery signal readings, whether that be at the beginning or end of each sample signal, which offers a clearer battery 'state-of-health' measurement. The tester's interface allows for the user to see battery post connections clearly, even in dark conditions. The user is able to select one of four options regarding the CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital, by using the dropdown menu at the top of the page. The CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital can be ordered standalone, or as part of three kits: Basic, Enhanced, or Complete. The kits differ in their included accessories and capabilities. The Standalone Tester includes only the Franklin Electric CELLTRON™ Advantage Digital Battery Tester and a 90-day UNITE™ trial. The Basic Kit adds a belt loop, battery pack, universal charger, backpack, and USB cable. The Enhanced Kit includes everything in the Basic Kit, plus an extra battery pack, a 4' interchangeable cable, a probe set, probe tip replacements, a clamp set, and waffle replacements. Finally, the Complete Kit builds on the Enhanced Kit by adding an 8' probe cable and probe extenders for both the 4' and 8' cables. Each successive kit provides greater functionality and accessories.

UNITE™ Asset Management Database
