Franklin Electric CELLTRON™ Genstart Battery Tester

The Franklin Electric CELLTRON™ Genstart Battery Tester provides generator/fleet starting battery analysis, in order to quickly identify the health of generator starting batteries. The user is able to ensure that the battery is powered and ready to start should an outage happen. Enhanced conductance technology is utilised, which correlates the battery test output results to the selected engine start battery rating under test. It then executes a conductance test with the battery results to match the selected battery rating set by the user. Issues can be identified even before they occur, with multiple battery rating systems included (CCA, EN, SAE, JIS, D IN and IEC).

The Genstart Battery Tester has a large backlit screen, a hard keypad for use when wearing gloves, an integrated thermal printer, an integrated SD memory card reader, and infrared temperature sensor, and quick connect 10' clamps. It offers a simple and economical way of routine testing that meets required standards. Battery pack testing includes 12V parallel, 24V series, and 24V series/parallel, with battery pair testing able to verify the charge and conductive balance of a battery pair.
