Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (300bar)

With an absolute pressure measurement range of 0 to 300bar, the Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer is a versatile instrument that can be used for calibration and laboratory applications. The piezoresistive pressure transducer gives an accuracy of ±0.05% FS and a resolution of 10mbar whilst a G1/4” male connector is used to access the system under test.

As an intrinsically safe pressure meter, the Keller LEX1 Ei is suitable for measuring pressure in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosions. It has a classification of zone 1: Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T6 Gb with certification files PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028 X.

The Keller LEX1 Ei shows readings in number of different units of pressure on its clear digital display. It boasts a min/max recording feature alongside a zero function that allows relative measurement. To help ensure accuracy, there is a digital calibration function with a zero point and end point.

The Keller LEX1 Ei can work as part of a wider monitoring system thanks to its RS485 Fischer connection. When linked up to a Keller-Bus protocol (a Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is required), the pressure gauge can work with 127 other temperature/pressure instruments to monitor a system. Keller CCS30 software can be downloaded for free from the Keller website to coordinate the protocol.

The Keller LEX1 Ei is operated using just two buttons and it has an IP65 ingress protection rating for tricky environments. The battery lasts for 2000 hours.
