Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer (3bar)

The Keller LEX1 Ei Intrinsically Safe Digital Manometer has a measurement range of -1bar to 3bar, accuracy of ±0.05% FS and a resolution of 0.1mbar. It has a piezoresistive pressure transducer surrounded by oil-filled casing and takes measurements via a G ¼” male pressure connection.

As an intrinsically safe instrument, the Keller LEX1 Ei is suitable for use in hazardous environments where there is a risk of explosion. It is classified as zone 1: Ex II 2 G and Ex ia IIC T6 Gb. The certification files are PTB 05 ATEX 2012 X and IECEx PTB 13.0028 X.

The Keller LEX1 Ei has a clear digital screen that shows pressure readings in a number of different readings. It has a digital calibration function with zero and end points, a zero function for relative measurement, and a min/max recording feature.

The RS485 Fischer port on the Keller LEX1 Ei allows it to be used with up to 127 other instruments in a Keller-Bus monitoring protocol. Free Keller CCS30 software is available to help coordinate these instruments but an optional Keller K114A Cable Adaptor is needed to link the gauge up to a USB port.

The Keller LEX1 Ei has just two buttons which makes it very easy to use despite the advanced functionality. It has a 2000-hour battery life and an IP65 ingress protection rating.
