Metrel MD9040 TRMS Industrial Digital Multimeter

Providing CAT IV / 1000V overvoltage protection and capable of TRMS measurement of AC current and voltage, the Metrel MD9040 Digital Multimeter is perfect for high-level industrial testing, electronic fault finding, field servicing and heavy duty electrical testing.

The Metrel MD9040 presents a range of additional measurement functions, including DC current and voltage, capacitance, resistance, mains supply frequency and frequency of digital signals measurement, in addition to both diode and continuity testing.

A truly versatile Digital Multimeter, the MD9040 incorporates a variety of features to improve usability including auto-ranging, a relative zero mode (useful when comparing difference between signals or removing background noise) and MAX/MIN/AVG recording options as well as data hold.

With its high accuracy dual LCD display and incorrect lead connection alert, the MD9040 is also ideal for use in low-visibility conditions and also offers the facility to download test results to a computer (via optional PC software).
