Metrel MI3132 EV - Electric Vehicle Tester

The Metrel MI3132 EV - Electric Vehicle Tester is a portable battery powered test instrument with IP protection and is designed specially for use in electronic vehicle testing supporting the UN ECE R1000 Annex 4A, 4B and ISO 6469-3 standards, intended for measurement of insulation resistance of electric vehicles. With its ergonomic and hand held design the MI3132 offers an intuitive user interface with 4.3" touch screen colour LCD screen and fully programmable Auto Sequences.

Offering a wide range of testing, the MI3132 allows users to test and measure Insulation measurement from 50V to 1500V, insulation resistance, DC voltage measurement, TRMS voltage and frequency and four wire Micro 0hm measurements. Low 0hm measurements with 7mA and 200mA DC test current and visual safety and functional inspections. Over voltage category 1000V CAT III and resistance measuring range up to 3 GΩ. The MI3132 offers settable duration and current direction (unidirectional or bidirectional) in the Micro 0hm measurement.

The MI3132 offers DC resistance and support for single or automated measurements. Using the included PC SW Metrel ES Manager, users are able to measure pre and post processing, preparation of the test structure, download results, store and print documents and use tree-view, table view and graphical view of data.

Powered by Li-ion rechargeable batteries and with a built in charger, allowing for use in the field and with its IP54 rating the MI3132 is protected for outdoor use and in challenging environments.
