Protimeter Aquant V2 Non-Invasive Moisture Meter BLD5770 is a non-invasive moisture meter that can help locate moisture quickly in a wide range of materials using Protimeters unique RF measurement system. Suitable to detect moisture in wood, drywall, building materials, concrete, floor tiles, vinyl and fibreglass boat hulls, the BLD5770 can detect moisture up to 3/4" (19mm) below and behind the surface efficiently and accurately without being adversely affected by surface moisture such as condensation. The BLD5770 is suitable for use in a number of working applications such as building surveys, fire and flood construction and in concrete and wood floor moisture measurements.

Featuring a dual LCD and LED displays, the digital LCD screen shows measurement whilst the multicolour LED arc provides users with a clear test measurement result with green showing dry conditions, yellow at risk and a red display showing the conditions are wet. With an automatic calibration check and user field calibration every 50 power cycles to ensure the meter is up to date and providing accurate measurements.

The BLD5770 offers a measurement range of:

• Non-invasive (RF) 60 - 999 (relative)
• Dry (green)- 60 - 169
• At risk (yellow) -170 - 199
• Wet (red) -200- 999

The BLD5770 boasts an adjustable auto off canton and audible tone should pre set measurement readings are reached. Reference mode allows users to compare two readings which will stay on the meter until the device is turned off.

The DLB5770 is Bluetooth enabled which allows users connect their device to the Photometer Connect App. Users of the app can save and download test measurements with both time and date stamps that can be analysed at a later time. Battery powered by two AA batteries, the meter also features a user defined auto off function to help preserve battery life. Over the air software upgrades can also be conducted.
