Pulsar AXION XQ30 PRO Thermal Imaging Monocular
The Pulsar AXION XQ30 PRO Thermal Imaging Monocular replaces the already popular AXION XM30F, building on an already-impressive range of features and abilities. A 384×288, 17µm thermal sensor is able to detect heat signatures up to a range of 1050m, no matter the size. A powerful 30mm f1.2 objective lens further enhances its detection capabilities, with the sensor's <25mK NETD rating allowing for crystal clear and high contrast imagery, thanks to low levels of noise. A wide 13.3° field of view enhances searching and scanning efficiency, revealing more within the observation area for quicker heat source detection. This broad FOV allows for close observation of a subject while still maintaining awareness of the surrounding environment.
The Pulsar AXION XQ30 PRO features three sensitivity amplification levels, which are enhanced by new filtration algorithms and precise brightness and contrast adjustments. This improves object rendering and environmental clarity, and enhances detection capabilities across diverse weather and lighting conditions. Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode is also able to reveal a small viewing area in the top 10% of the XQ30's displays, which enables closer inspection of an object without disturbing any areas of observational control around it.
A high contrast 600 x 400 AMOLED display presents all thermal imagery in perfect detail, with a sharp and smooth image and improved colour rendering. One of the standout features of the Axion XQ30 Pro is its ability to deliver exceptional performance in an ultra-compact, lightweight design. This light and handheld instrument ensure comfort during observation, with an ergonomic design that includes a four-button control layout that allows for seamless access. Despite its small size, the XQ30 Pro is extremely durable, with an IPX7 ensuring protection from the elements, including heavy rain. A rugged magnesium alloy shell is also able to withstand harsh weather, ensuring your investment is protected for use in the field.
The Axion XQ30 is supplied with a quickly-interchangeable APS3 rechargeable battery, which provides the user with up to 8 hours of use. USB-C fast charging ensures that minimal downtime can be achieved, with multiple charging options available, such as a Pulsar charger, household power, or USB. With 8 colour palettes, users are able to optimise their view for different tasks and conditions. White Hot, Black Hot, and Red Hot excel at detection, Rainbow and Ultramarine aid recognition, while Red Monochrome, Sepia, and Violet reduce eye strain for prolonged night use. A built-in photo and video recorder is able to capture every moment, with ample amounts of internal storage for hours of footage and thousands of images, which are all then accessible at the press of a button.
