The Radiodetection Electricians Accessory Pack is a kit providing users with a Genny4 signal generator, a live plug connector (UK plug), 100m (4") Clamp and a soft carry case.

Radiodetection Genny4 Signal Generator

The Genny4 provides users with a dual frequency signal output. When used with a 33kHz locate signal for general purpose utility tracing, the Genny4 can transmit a second frequency to locate smaller cables such as telecoms, data and street lighting. When used for more complicated applications, the Genny4 features a signal boost feature that can magnify the output signal up to ten times, allowing utility location over greater distances and depths.

With a high strength Neodymium magnet the Genny4 can easily be attached to utility cables through magnetic street furniture such as lampposts or motoring signs. Compatible with C.A.T4 detectors, the Genny4 is also backwards compatible allowing use with all C.A.T3 and Genny3 accessories.

The included soft carry bag provides users a bag capable of transporting a Radiodetection C.A.T locator (not included) a Genny and other accessories safely and conveniently.

The Radiodetection Electricians Accessory Pack provides users the ability to apply the Genny signal to live cables thanks to the Live Plug connector. The live cable connector should only be used by suitably qualified personnel. Then live cable connector has a maximum operating 440Vrms and is CAT III rated.

The Radiodetection Electricians Accessory Pack includes a 100mm clamp to apply a Penny single to a specific cable or pipe. This can be particularly useful where direct connection is not possible, or on live cables when these cannot be de-energized.
