Sauermann Si-RM13 2 Port Manifold with Smart Probe Set

The Sauermann Si-RM13 2 Port Manifold with Smart Probe Set combines an analog manifold with digital smart wireless temperature and pressure probes. Included in the kit is a traditional 2-channel analog manifold body (by-pass type) with flexible hoses and a durable block made of anodised aluminium. Also included within the Si-RM13 set are two pressure probes providing accurate measurements of high side and low side pressure and two temperature probes that enable accurate temperature measurements whilst simultaneously provide real time superheat/sub cooling calculations.

The Si-RM13 probe set includes a number of useful completes to help complete pressure and temperature measurements in refrigerant systems:

  • 3 x 1/8’’ NPT ¼’’ SAE connectors (1 with Schrader® valve to perform charging)
  • Valve with obturator
  • "Y" connections to screw hose ends
  • Anti-rotation hook
  • Liquid indicator
  • 100% of parts are tightness tested

With its light and curved design the probes allow for the easy plug-in to facilities. The dual valve system for simultaneous measurements and charge/discharge of refrigerants. The built-in Schrader® cores provide easy refrigerant charging and a range of up to 60 bar (870 psi)

Using the Si-RM2 provides real time calculations of super heat and sub cooling alongside the configuration of both with target values. 126 refrigerant gases can be measured with a favourite list generated,.

The two Si-RM2 temperature clamps allow for the measurements of temperature between -40ºC and 150ºC. The vacuum allows for the vacuum measurement function and configuration of vacuum target values to be measured, as well as the temperature of the water evaporation.

Si-Manifold App

The Si-RM13 is compatible with the Sauermann Si-Manifold App which is a free to download app available on both iOS and Android smart devices. The app provides a clear interface for reading data and measurements in any condition. Gauge, table or graphical visualisations are available with the possibility of adding images to measurement reports created.

Data can be logged in the app and data exported in PDF, CSV and XML formats to customers or colleagues.
