The Seaward PV1500 Wireless Solar Clamp Meter offers solar professionals a fast, accurate, and reliable instrument designed for high-voltage photovoltaic (PV) testing applications, particularly those operating at 1500V DC.

With a large 35 mm jaw, the Seaward PV1500 Clamp Meter accommodates thick PV cables, offering AC/DC measurements of up to 400 A and DC voltage readings of up to 1500 V that are rated for CAT III 1500 V and CAT IV 1000 V environments. In addition to measuring AC and DC, the Seaward PV1500 Clamp Meter offers a wide range of measurement functions, such as resistance, diode testing, capacitance, and frequency

The Seaward PV1500 Solar Clamp Meter can function as a standalone instrument; however, it is also compatible with the Seaward PV1525 tester via Bluetooth 5.0 wireless connectivity to seamlessly capture and transfer test data while reducing possible manual errors. Other features that enhance field usability include a backlit built-in LCD screen, an integrated torchlight for low-light conditions, and auto power-off capability for energy efficiency.
