Sofamel BMTS-4/6 Telescopic Pole
The Sofamel BMTS-4/6 Telescopic Pole enables users to manipulate its length from 1.7m (folded) to 5.97m (extended) in order to match a task’s required safe distance. This can be done at three separate sections on the pole using the easy adjustment locking handles. When the pole is at its full extension it can safely withstand a voltage of up to 380 kV, giving the user comprehensive protection against a potentially lethal current.
With the top sections of the fibreglass pole being filled with foam, the BMTS-4/6 insulates users working in unsafe dry conditions. Additionally, when used with the correct equipment the BMTS-4/6 can be used for voltage detection and earthing.
