T&R 750ADM Mk4 High Power Primary Current Injection Test Set – 750A single-unit PCITS

T&R 750ADM Mk4 High Power Primary Current Injection Test Set delivers up to 750A AC output from a single portable unit while providing the flexibility and performance required for testing circuit breakers, over-current relays, auto-reclosers, MCBs, and CT ratios. Its dual-output design supports both low-current and high-current testing, from a few hundred milliamps right up to 750A. A dedicated 40A output provides up to 16V, making the 750ADM Mk4 well suited to higher-impedance trips and secondary injection applications. For low-power primary injection tasks, the main output is designed to supply high current at a low voltage (maximum no-load voltage of up to 5V, depending on supply).

Users can independently set the meter full-scale and trip level using four true RMS metering ranges, improving accuracy and control across a wide range of test conditions. With a capture time of less than 20ms, the instrument can measure the RMS value of a single cycle, helping ensure readings remain reliable and repeatable during fast-acting protection tests.

The 750ADM Mk4 features a large back-lit LCD display with a clear, intuitive interface that lets operators configure tests quickly and confidently. Results can be stored directly to a USB memory device – including waveform and harmonics/THD information – for convenient record keeping and post-test analysis. Industry-standard connectors are fitted throughout to support safer working, dependable connections, and straightforward set-up.

Electronic over-current and thermal trip systems safeguard both the instrument and the operator during demanding test procedures. The advanced timing system supports accurate measurement of trip, reset, and reclose times without complicating operation. Two auto-sensing contact inputs support normally open and normally closed contacts, and can be triggered by volt-free contacts or DC voltage inputs, maintaining compatibility with a wide variety of devices and test scenarios.

For users requiring different transport or storage options, the 750ADM Mk4 is available in either a durable metal case(Part number: 260) or a rugged Pelican transport case (part number: 260P).
