The TPI 9075 Wireless Accelerometer simplifies the process of vibration monitoring and machine condition analysis. It is able to capture and send vibration data via Bluetooth, allowing maintenance teams to assess the machine health remotely and safely, even from behind safety gates or in hard-to-reach areas. The 9075 works well in detecting common mechanical issues such as unbalance, misalignment, looseness, and bearing condition. Using the 9075 is as easy as placing the sensor on the asset, taking a step back, and viewing the readings in the palm of your hand via a dedicated Android tablet.

The 9075 provides actual vibration values displayed along with colour-coded alarm levels for quick identification of machine and bearing conditions. With this, users are able to view results such as ISO values, Bearing Damage Units (BDU), displacement, and total (g), as well as perform more advanced analysis into machine behaviour using high-resolution FFTs, VA bands, and time waveforms. Reports can be easily created, saved, and shared using integrated connectivity options such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc., allowing teams to make informed decisions quickly. Further features include wireless charging, a robust IP67 housing, and Bluetooth 5 connectivity.

The 9075 is available in two kit options that are suitable in other operations:

The 9075-K1 kit offers a versatile and user-friendly solution for vibration monitoring which includes the wireless accelerometer, magnetic mounting accessories, a wireless charging dock, and an Android tablet preloaded with the TPI Ultra app, all housed in an A905 carry case. The Ultra app makes it easy to view real-time vibration readings remotely from the tablet, eliminating the need for physical proximity to machines during operation.

With the software, operators are able to analyse vibration data across a wide frequency range from 2 Hz to 10 kHz, with up to 51,200 lines of resolution. Features such as FFT display, VA bands, time waveforms, DEMOD analysis, and machine views provide deep insight into machine behaviour and bearing condition. The 9075-K1 supports colour-coded alarms that follow ISO standards to ensure that faults such as unbalance or misalignment are quickly flagged, while reports can be easily generated, annotated with notes and images, and shared via email or cloud services. The 9075-K1 kit also supports single-plane, 4-run balancing, which makes it ideal for routine predictive maintenance tasks.

For more advanced asset management and diagnostic capabilities, the 9075-K2 kit is the ideal solution. It pairs the wireless accelerometer with C-Trend software which is a comprehensive platform for high-level condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. The 9075-K2 kit allows users to build structured databases of plants, areas, machines, and measurement points, with customisable alarm levels that follow the ISO standards or user-defined thresholds. Inspection alerts and notifications can also be configured, providing proactive maintenance reminders directly via email.

Beyond routine vibration measurements, the C-Trend software unlocks advanced diagnostic tools such as DEMOD analysis, shaft orbit plots, crest factor, waterfall FFTs, and VA bands for thorough investigation of complex faults. Operators can then create inspection routes and upload them directly to the tablet, ensuring consistent data collection as well as making it easy for teams to follow a standardised measurement process.
