TPI SGCHGDLX Smart Probe Deluxe Refrigerant Charge Kit
The TPI SGCHGDLX Smart Probe Deluxe Refrigerant Charge Kit is an ideal kit for Refrigeration engineers wanting to measure temperature and humidity. Consisting of two TPI SP323 temperature probes, two TPI SP670 high pressure probes and two TPI SP597 humidity and temperature probes.
The TPI SGCHGDLX kit allows users to take temperature measurements on air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems using the included SP323 temperature probe. Temperature (-4ºF to +140ºF) and humidity (0-100%RH) readings can be provided using the supplied SP597 probe and pressure to 870psi can be analysed using the SP670 probe. The SP597 also allows users to calculate wet bulk, dewpoint and enthalpy
All measurements taken using the kit accessories can be inputted and viewed live in TPI View App via bluetooth. Here, the data can be stored, analysed and printed or emailed to a customer.
Using the SP323 and SP670 together allows users to conduct Subhead and Subcooling measurements
More information can be found on the kit contents can be found below:
TPI SP323
The TPI SP323 Bluetooth temperature Clamp Probe is used to measure the temperature on air conditioning, heating and refrigeration systems. The clamp probe has a temperature range of -40°F to 185°F (-40°C to 85°C) and a clamp range of 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inch (6mm to 38mm).
Using a multi-coloured LED indicator, the operational status of the device is clearly given to the user. The SP323 can store up to 10,000 readings, each with an individual date and time stamp. The unit has a battery life of approximately 170 hours.
Readings for temperature measurements can be analysed over time with the data logger, allowing users to identify and intermittent problems. Readings can be taken from 1 second to 59 minutes and 59 second intervals. The TPI SP323 allows the user to perform, save, e-mail and/or print differential temperature readings such as Radiator Balancing or Flow & Return on Boilers or Heat Pumps.
TPI SP670
The TPI Bluetooth High Pressure Gauge is used to measure pressure on refrigeration systems. User can also connect to TPI View App via a smart device. With a pressure range of -14.7 psi to 870 psi and is over pressure protected to 1000psi. Readings are accurate to +/- 0.5% of full scale and have a resolution of 0.1 psi / 0.01 bar so the meter produces reliable, precise readings.
When used alongside the TPI SP323 Smart Temperature Clamp Probe, Subcooling and Superheat can be calculated. Service ports in close spaces can be accessed using the angled ¼ inch SAE fitting. The SP670 Schrader Valve Depressor is adjustable for use with worn valves in test ports. The SP670 can also be used to check for compressor leaks.
Using a multi-coloured LED indicator, the operational status of the device is clearly given to the user. The unit has a battery life of approximately 160 hours.
TPI SP597
The TPI SP597 Smart Bluetooth Hygrometer can be used to measure temperature (-4°F to +140°F (-20°C to +60°C) and humidity (0 to 100% RH) in heating and cooling systems, ambient air and in ducts. With a magnetic depth adjustable probe, the SP597 can easily be attached to ducts. With data logging capabilities up to 5,000 readings, measurements can be analysed over time to identify problems.
The SP597 can also be used for checking the functionality of air conditioning system humidifiers. Users are also able to test, measure and calculate wet bulb, dew point and enthalpy. Using a multi-coloured LED indicator, the operational status of the device is clearly given to the user. The unit has a battery life of approximately 200 hours. Readings are accurate to +/-3%RH (20%RH to 80%RH) at 25⁰C and +/-5%RH (80%RH) at 25⁰C and have a resolution of 0.1%RH so the meter produces reliable, precise readings.
TPI View App
The TPI SGCHGDLX Smart Probe Deluxe Refrigerant Charge Kit is compatible with the TPI View App. The App allows users to display real time readings in both numerical and graph format. Users are able to use TPI Job Management to create multiple jobs and attach reports to each job, whilst giving each report a different reference or title. It also connects to a smart device using the TPI View App. Using the App, users are able to remotely data log using multiple devices at the same time. High pressure readings can also be viewed in real time and reports generated and emailed or printed for clients instantly.
