Tramex Water Damage Restoration Kits

All Tramex Water Damage Restoration Kits use Tramex Encounter MEX5 Moisture and Humidity Meter, the Tramex CME5 Digital Concrete Moisture Meter or CMEX5 Concrete Moisture Encounter X5 in conjunction with a ME5 Moisture Encounter Meter to measure moisture levels in concrete and wood. Professionals can accurately investigate the extent of moisture damage and therefore avoid high humidity levels in structures that can lead to serious subsequent problems. The advanced Tramex Water Damage Restoration Inspector and Master Kits also utilise a DL-RHTX Feedback Temperature and Humidity Data Logger for long-term monitoring of air temperature and relative humidity.

The Tramex CME5 Concrete Encounter Moisture Meter is capable of non-destructive moisture measurement in concrete in accordance with ASTM F2659. It has a concrete moisture content range of 0% to 6% with equivalent scales for anhydrite screed (0 to 1.9) and concrete screed (0 to 4).

The The Tramex Water Restoration Master X kit comes supplied with a Tramex Encounter MEX5 Moisture and Humidity Meter, that is a dual depth moisture meter that can be used for wood and a number of building materials including drywall, roofing, plaster, tile and masonry. With a built-in hygrometer for ambient conditions and psychrometric values. The MEX5 has an infrared surface thermometer and when used with external in-situ RH probes can provide in-situ equilibrium RH readings. Pin probes for wood, drywall and WME readings are also in built.

The MEX5 moisture meter features duel depth measuring range with a deep depth penetration of up to 1 1/4" (30mm) and a shallow depth penetration up to 3/8" (9mm). The dual depth readings of surface and core moisture can be compared allowing tihe elimination of the subtract when testing coverings. The Pinless moisture functionality of the MEX5 measure moisture content of % of wood from 0-30%. With optional pin probes for wood, wood by products and drywall and relative humidity sensor probes for evaluating ambient conditions. Moisture test results can be visualised and Geotagged within the Tramex Meter App and moisture maps, reports and charts produced to share with colleagues or customers.

Applications

Tramex Water Damage Restoration Kits are ideal for looking at humidity and dampness left by water damage throughout buildings. Failure to properly assess lingering moisture levels can lead to structural issues, mould, rot, insulation degradation and other serious problems so these Kits each contain the meters, probes and accessories needed for competent, accurate assessment.
