Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit (Kit B)
Anton Sprint Pro6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit (Kit B) allows the user to perform a range of applications on commercial and domestic combustion systems as well as on flueless appliances. It features the Anton Sprint Pro6 Flue Gas Analyser, which can measure carbon monoxide, oxygen, pressure, temperature and nitric oxide (NOx). It can also calculate variables such as CO2 level, CO/CO2 ratio, and combustion efficiency in addition to performing let by/tightness testing and direct ambient CO/CO2 measurement via an infrared sensor.
The Anton Sprint Pro6 is operated using a set of intuitive menus and large push buttons, and it is also possible to connect to the Anton Sprint Pro app on the user’s smartphone using wireless communication. Communication with a printer and a PC is possible through an IR and a USB port. The sturdy design of the analyser and double condensate trap in the analyser and flue probe make the set suitable for use in challenging conditions on site.
Several different probes are supplied with the Anton Sprint Pro6 CPA1 Kit (Kit B). A BS 7967 probe set can be used on flueless appliances, such as gas fires and ovens, whilst a standard flue probe can be used for conventional inspections. Additionally, differential inflow/outflow temperature can be measured using a pair of pipe clamp temperature probes, and a gas leak sensor allows for leak detection. For pressure, the kit includes both a standard pressure hose and an APRV pressure release valve and hose set.
The user can print hard copies of results on site thanks to Anton Sprint Pro6 CPA1Kit's (Kit B) portable infrared printer, and there is also a USB lead with a USB charger, a useful carry case, a spare dust filter and a calibration certificate.
Double Condensate Trap
One of the most impressive features of the new Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range is the double condensate trap that prevents moisture from reaching the analyser pump and causing downtime. A moisture filter in the condensate trap prevents ingress towards the analyser, and double protection is provided by a second filter at the click-in connection. The trap is robustly designed and very quick and easy to empty. Additionally, the particle filter has been switched from paper to foam so it can be quickly dried on the spot without necessitating a second filter.
Anton Sprint Pro App
The Anton Sprint Pro App is available for Android and iOS smart devices from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. It is capable of working with the Anton Sprint Pro Flue Gas Analyser range through wireless Bluetooth connectivity. The app allows the user to efficiently and professionally test combustion systems thanks to a wide range of report generation features, account management systems and a great choice of calculation features.
