Teledyne FLIR E4 Wifi Thermal Imaging Camera

The Teledyne FLIR E4 Wifi Thermography Camera is a basic thermal camera that provides good thermal imaging alongside excellent connectivity and simple point-and-click operation. This opens up possibilities in troubleshooting and fault finding in a host of different sectors.

With 80 x 60 pixel thermal resolution, the FLIR E4 provides a clear thermal image and these are saved alongside counterpart digital images from the in-built thermal camera, thus aiding analysis at a later point. The digital camera also enables MSX® which adds detail and perspective to images.

The large 45˚ field of view allows the user to inspect a large area very quickly and helps capture a comprehensive image from a close distance which is very useful when making observations in enclosed spaces.

The FLIR E4 is supplied with a sturdy carry case alongside a charger, calibration certificate and a download lead. FLIR Tools Software for Windows and Mac is also provided which aids analysis and image enhancement.

Wireless activity now allows the FLIR E4 to send images over wi-fi to smart devices such as tablets and smartphones. This increases efficiency by allowing a user to send information and images instantly from the scene of an inspection to colleagues around the world which has the twin advantage of saving automatic back-ups of files and negating the need for a USB cable.
