Fluke 1672 Multifunction Tester

The Fluke 1672 Multifunction Tester with its compact and ergonomic design, users are able to verify electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial applications whilst meeting industry standards including IEC/HD 60364-6, the 1672 offers an integrated installation testing solution. With a full colour touchscreen, the 1672 has a user friendly interface without the complexity of multi level menus that can be navigated even whilst wearing gloves. The rotary dial can also be used to navigate through the display.

Perform All Required Tests up to 30% Faster

With accurate installation testing and efficiency the 1672 offers the operator an automatic pass/fail result allowing for fast and accurate testing to be conducted. Further testing that can be conducted by the 1672 includes the simultaneous readings of voltage measurements between L-N, L-PE using the main cords meaning no change of measurement connections is required.

The Fluke 1672 is able to measure trip time and current RCD type AC, A and F in one test with RCD variable test current and Automatic RCD test sequence testing also been able to be performed. The on on/off switchable Auto start for continuity, RCD and loop tests. Further features include the zero adapter that allows for fast, reliable and accurate test lead and mains cord compensation

The Fluke 1672 can provide measurements for Voltage AC, DC and frequency, insulation resistance, loop and line impedance, prospective earth fault current (PEFC/IK), prospective short circuit (PSC/IK), RCD trip time, RCD trip current (ramp test), and earth resistance in addition to performing continuity tests, RCD tests, wiring polarity checker that detects broken PE and N wires, and continuity tests with a low test current (10mA) to measure motor windings. Insulation resistance measurements can be performed at 100V/250V/500V/1000V, insulation at L-N, L-PE, N-PE inputs 250 V, 500V, 1000 V.

Optimized Software and Reporting with Fluke TruTest Software

The 1672 is compatible with the Fluke TruTest Software (optional extra) that provides a simple electrical system data management and reporting. TruTest allows the creation and transfer of data between the software and tester via USB-C to ensure accurate results. The report builder provides users the ability to quickly format measurement data into printable test certificates and reports, with company logos and signatures also available to be added.

The 1672 boasts a rechargeable lithium ion battery (via USB-C charging point) for a full days use in the field, with a padded neck strap included for comfort and to allow hands free operation. and has colour coded input terminals that are CAT III 600V and CAT IV 300V rated. The Fluke 1672 is updatable in the field allowing for any changes in regulations or enhancements to the tester to be conducted. The provided hard case provides users with protection of their tester in transporting and stopping the tester.
