Fluke 62 MAX PLUS Infrared Thermometer

The feature-rich Fluke 62 MAX PLUS Infrared Thermometer is a sophisticated, non-contact thermometer. Using infrared technology, it furnishes the user with accurate, consistent temperature readings from -30˚C to +650˚C which enables detailed inspection of HVAC systems, electrical panels, refrigeration systems, and much more.

Numerous measurement features make the Fluke 62 MAX PLUS an extremely useful instrument. Firstly, the user can easily toggle between ˚C and ˚F whilst results are shown on the bright, digital screen within 300ms of pulling the trigger. Display options include minimum, maximum, and average temperature as well as the differential temperature between two readings. For inspecting specific systems, adjustable alarm limits can be set so that the user instantly knows if temperature falls outside a safe or normal range. Adjustable emissivity compensates for different surface materials.

The non-contact measurement of the Fluke 62 MAX PLUS makes taking temperature readings both easier and safer. The 12:1 distance-to-spot ratio means that the operator can stand well back from the target object - therefore avoiding the need to climb ladders or approach very hot surfaces - whilst the dual laser pointers show the user exactly where the measurement point is located so accuracy is safeguarded despite remote measurement.

The Fluke 62 MAX PLUS is well-built and even designed to withstand a 3m fall whilst its IP54 weatherproof rating means that outside use poses no difficulties.
