The Kane 9206 Quintox Industrial FGA & Semi-Continuous Emissions Monitor is a unique 8 gas instrument, independently tested and incredibly versatile. This cost effective unit is customisable to meet specific requirements, using electro-chemical sensors to monitor Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide & Hydrocarbons or NO, NO2, SO2 & H2S when used in conjunction with additional sensors. Differential Pressure is measured via an internal Pitot flow calculation, other incorporated measurements include:

The main purge system of the Kane 9206 Quintox automatically protects the sensor from being over-ranged and refreshes the sensor during long term monitoring, all whilst allowing sensor zeroing without the need to withdraw the probe from the flue. This fully featured emissions analyser also encompasses an Active Flow Control which compensates for sample pressure fluctuation and filter blocking by adjusting the pump speed to maintain a set sample gas flow rate. This industrial flue gas analyser is compatible with the following fuel types.

Through the large graphical display of the 9206 Quintox up to 15 lines of text or data can be displayed. An impressive internal memory can store up to 64,000 tests with each result GPS tagged allowing users to pinpoint exact test locations. Wireless & USB ports are built into the base unit for cable free connections and an incorporated printer features an additional output for optional portable IR printer, ideal when working away from the base unit. With user selectable languages, the Kane 9206 is MCERTS (pending) compatible with an optional 9206 sample conditioning unit and comes complete with a PTFE lined CHSP6 probe, heavy duty case and more.

The Kane Live App is compatible with Android Devices and free from the Play Store. This multilingual App includes several extremely useful features beneficial for anyone with a Flue Gas Analyser. See your test results live on your smart device and even tag them with real-time GPS data & printouts all while still physically on site. Printouts can be shared along with downloaded analyser logs as CSV files, with analyser user details amendable within the App itself.

The Kane Printer App is compatible with Android/iOS and is free from both the Play & App Store. With this app users can quickly connect to their analyser and view test results before emailing them to their contacts. Log each test location via GPS then save printouts to edit before transfer. Fully customise personal notes even in poor lighting conditions as a useful NightMode is incorporated within the app.
